2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment according to the terms specified at checkout.
• Prices include VAT where applicable; any tourist taxes are excluded unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and No-Show

Cancellation policies vary by property and period (displayed during the booking process). In the absence of specific conditions: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival; 50% penalty after this deadline; 100% penalty for "no-show" or cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.

4. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in from 16:00 (4:00 PM) – Check-out by 11:00 (11:00 AM). Different times are available upon request and subject to availability.

5. House Rules

• No smoking in the accommodations (except in designated outdoor areas).
• Pets: not allowed unless specific exceptions are privately agreed upon with the owners.
• Respect for the neighbors and the building's regulations.
• Maximum number of guests as per the property listing.

6. Security Deposit and Damages

A security deposit may be required. Any damages will be deducted or charged upon documented proof.

7. Liability

Vacanzepila.it and its consortium members are not liable for loss/damage to personal belongings or for force majeure events (e.g., utility interruptions, weather). Guests are expected to use the spaces with due care.

8. Booking Modifications

Any modifications are subject to availability and may result in price changes.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law. Competent court: Milan.
